A spiral stair is an elegant solution that takes up minimal space and avoids long stair runs that can be unsightly or block views. Spiral stairs can be placed in tight locations where a normal staircase would not fit.
We can build spiral stairs for interior or exterior use.

Many options are available including stair diameter, clockwise-up or counter clockwise-up travel, landing location and exit direction, post diameter, railing style, finished stair tread material--the options are unlimited!

We have  built stair treads with expanded metal so snow falls right through, solid diamond plate for all weather traction, a wood or composite overlay to match the deck, and solid  plate steel either smooth or with a design such as an ashlar slate pattern etched in.

Our spiral stairs are built to the most rigid engineering standards and are guaranteed to meet building code and pass inspection.
Our spiral stairs are constructed of heavy-gauge material and are fully welded for strength.  No slip-on pieces, rivets that can work loose or bolt-together railings that rattle and move--only quality welded wrought iron craftsmanship.  All of our spiral stairs have a maintenance-free baked-on powder coat finish.

We have a class "C" General Contractors license and we can create the engineering and construction drawings and obtain a permit if required.  We can handle the entire job turn-key, start to finish!
